RETURN POLICY:

Customer
satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason,
you are not satisfied with the DVD Box Set(s) you purchased,
please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint satisfactorily,
you may return the Box Set(s) in original condition
and packaging for a refund, excluding our shipping
and handling charges. |

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Email
us at info@allprosportsfootball.com with
your order number to request a Return Authorization
number.
Request for return should be made within seven (7) days
of customer's receipt of the DVD Box Set(s) purchased..
DVD Box Set(s) purchased must be returned within two (2)
weeks of receipt of the Box Set(s).
After receipt of an authorization number, write your name
and authorization number clearly on the outside of the
package and enclose a copy of your invoice.
DVD Box Set(s) returned without proper authorization will
not be accepted.
Credits will be issued within fifteen (15) days after the
return package has been received and inspected.
There will be a ten percent (10%) restocking fee on all
DVD Box Set(s) returned.
Please return in original packaging as returns which have
to be repackaged are subject to a ten percent (10%) repackaging
fee.

by UPS, FedEx or a Carrier with tracking facilities so
